Discounted Value Rate pricing is available to all our contract clients 24 hours a day, on everything from equipment replacement to diagnostics only service calls. Our regular business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM through 4:30 PM.
Trip and Diagnostic ChargesTrip and diagnostic charges vary by location. All trip and diagnostic charges are applied to the total flat rate pricing if Service Engineering performs a repair or replacement during the service call and are not a separate charge to you. Replacement and RepairsAll replacement or repair flat rate pricing is quoted up front for the entire job. We don’t charge by the hour, which guarantees no surprise charges when the work is completed. Priority SchedulingOur contract clients receive guaranteed same day response service calls. Our office will schedule each service call at your convenience and provide you with a one-hour time frame when you can expect our service technician. If for any reason our technician is delayed, you will be notified by phone as quickly as possible. Our office will call you when our technician is dispatching to your home or business so you’ll never be surprised when we arrive. |
Computerized AccountingAnnual, semi-annual, quarterly, or monthly billing summaries are available. WarrantiesWith any equipment installation or replacement, Service Engineering includes a complimentary five-year full service extended warranty on the entire installation, including all labor and materials. * This commitment insures a proper, safe installation for years to come. We offer extended equipment warranty coverage ranging from ten years to limited lifetime. * We also offer extended warranties on every repair we perform, guaranteeing worry-free protection for many years.
